Terms and Conditions:

Payment Terms
The client agrees to pay AH Constructions according to the payment schedule and methods specified in the agreement. Late payments will incur fees and penalties, while deposits are required to secure the company’s services.

Site Safety and Security
The client is responsible for ensuring site safety and security, while AH Constructions will comply with all safety regulations and guidelines.

Delays and Extensions
Delays caused by force majeure events, client changes, or unforeseen site conditions will be handled through extensions of time, with liquidated damages applying if necessary.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice, with the client paying for completed work and expenses.

Return and Refund Policy
Returns and refunds for materials and services will be handled according to the AH Constructions policy.

Subcontractor Management
AH Constructions  will manage subcontractors according to industry standards.

Client Responsibilities
The client must provide access to the project site, necessary information, and timely payments, while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations.
